Role Overview:
As a Software Telesales BDR, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on generating and qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and promoting our software solutions. This role is office based in Martlesham Heath and offers flexible hours to suit those with childcare commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup, outbound cold calls, and emails.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- CRM Management: Utilise our CRM system to track leads and sales activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our software products, features, and pricing.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas and KPIs.
- Continuous Learning: Attend training and workshops to stay up to date with industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar telesales or BDR role or office role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Passion for Technology.
- Ability to analyse and interpret customer requirements.
- Vibrant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently within the specified hours.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Competitive pro rata salary of £20,000 to £30,000, dependent on experience, with uncapped commission potential.
- Hours: Part time hours between 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, perfect for those with childcare responsibilities.
- Training: Comprehensive training and ongoing support for professional growth.
- Environment: A supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and individual development.
- Benefits: Flexible working hours, pro rata 21 days holiday plus bank holidays and birthday leave.
