As a Sales Solution Consultant at enable.services, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success by promoting SugarCRM and monday.com solutions. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering customised solutions that drive value and growth.
Office based role in Ipswich due to the sensitivity of data.
Responsibilities:
- Consultative Selling: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions using SugarCRM and monday.com.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SugarCRM and monday.com products, features, and best practices.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, deliver product demonstrations, and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities and performance against targets, continually identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales consulting, preferably with a focus on software solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for technology and a dedication to customer success.
