Role Overview:
As a Software Telesales BDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and promoting our software solutions. This role is office-based in Martlesham Heath and offers both part-time and full-time hours to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification – Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and emails.
- Customer Needs Analysis – Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and propose suitable software solutions.
- CRM Management – Utilise our CRM system to track leads, manage interactions, and monitor sales activities.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Product Knowledge – Maintain a strong understanding of our software products, features, and pricing.
- Performance Tracking – Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas and KPIs.
- Continuous Learning – Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.
- Passion for technology and software solutions.
- Ability to analyse and interpret customer requirements to recommend the right solutions.
- A vibrant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently within the specified hours and manage time effectively.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 pro rata, dependent on experience, with uncapped commission potential.
- Flexible Working Hours: Both part-time and full-time options available, accommodating different personal schedules and commitments.
