Role Overview

As a Junior Sales Support Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team with administrative tasks, customer interactions, and lead generation. This position will provide valuable exposure to a fast-paced sales environment, allowing you to develop key skills in sales, customer service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and CRM management.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent service and accurate information.
• Assist in lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients and updating records.
• Support the preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospective customers.
• Follow up on sales leads to nurture customer relationships and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide informed support.
• Attend training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM proficiency.

This apprenticeship will provide you with the opportunity to gain a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification, as well as English and maths (if required) Level 2 qualifications. You will receive training and guidance from our selected training partner.
