About the Role
As an Account Manager at enable.services, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing long-term relationships with our valued customers. From day one, your focus will be on delivering measurable impact, supporting clients throughout their journey, and identifying new opportunities to introduce our digital solutions.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients—working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, value-driven experience. Your goal is to nurture customer satisfaction, drive retention, and unlock growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Generate sales among existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within current accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless service across all touchpoints.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Lead quarterly Impact Review sessions to ensure goals are being met and value is delivered.
- Collaborate with the sales team on prospective opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or client success
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and clients simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge in customer success or CRM software
