Apprentice IT Helpdesk Support
We are in search of an Apprentice who embodies enthusiasm, self-motivation, and agility to fill the position of IT Helpdesk Support at our office.

We are in search of a driven and enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of our team as an IT Helpdesk Support Trainee. This position offers an excellent stepping stone for those eager to embark on an IT career, providing hands-on experience in a vibrant, nurturing setting.
Office based role in Ipswich due to the sensitivity of data.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing IT issues through phone, email, and other communication modes, ensuring effective problem identification and resolution.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards, managing support requests with promptness and professionalism.
- Consistently and meticulously record incidents within the Incident Management system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the IT department, flagging intricate issues for further investigation.
- Engage in workshops and training sessions to continuously enhance your IT support proficiency.
- Support in project-related tasks as assigned, which encompasses software and hardware deployments.
- Adhere to the company's guidelines, ensuring professionalism at all junctures.
Qualifications: While we don't require previous experience, a fervent interest in IT is essential. A flair for customer service, especially over the phone, is a plus.
