Salary: £21,000 to £23,000 dependant on experience (Bonus Scheme up to £500 pcm)

Purpose of role:

You will support the Sales of Enable Technologies in a busy office based in Martlesham Heath. Pro- actively contacting lapsed and potential clients via phone and email to develop and nurture strong business relationships to bring them onboard. Informing them of the benefits of using our online software products and giving guidance, online demos on how to register, log in and use the portal. You will be the first point of contact until they can be passed to a Sales Consultant to continue the customers development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong business relationships to qualify and manage a frequent contact strategy.
  • To conduct outbound telephone calls to bring lapsed and new clients onboard.
  • Explaining the benefits of using our online solutions.
  • Generating sales from the clients on trials via both phone and email
  • To undertake telephone marketing campaigns to maximise product sales.
  • Providing accurate product information to clients in a timely and professional manner both verbally and written via email.
  • Maintaining and capturing accurate data on the company CRM, providing information as requested.
  • Ad hoc customer services and administration support to all departments as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Vibrant and confident personality
  • Previous experience in a telesales role is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work at a pace whilst always remaining detail focused
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships
  • Competent IT abilities
  • Experience of CRM
