Solutions Support Engineer

Become a member of our vibrant Software Support Helpdesk. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join the team in the role of Solutions Support Engineer, at our family run business this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career in the Technology and Software industry. 

An effective Support Engineer must be an excellent communicator and have superior problem solving and people skills. They must be comfortable presenting solutions, as well as dealing with questions, concerns and doubts.

Skills

  • Good telephone manner
  • Good level of computer skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure when required
  • Good communication skills

The goal of this role is to provide first-class support to our worldwide customer base, offering solutions and advice.

You will work as part of a team delivering excellent customer service, in an office based IT Support position.

An interest in coding or software programming would be beneficial. Knowledge of CRM and Software Support is preferred but not necessary
