Account Executive (New Business)

About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive (AE) who is a dynamic, high-performing individual with experience selling solutions within the software sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead to close, and must love the thrill of the hunt.
You will also help internal teams continue to innovate by sharing knowledge of client challenges as well as their understanding of our portfolio of offerings to our client base.
We want you to work with these prospects to uncover needs and opportunities to expand the use of our products and services, helping them to achieve success with their organisational goals.
Responsibilities?
- Connect and consult with inbound leads and marketing-generated opportunities
- Actively prospect new business opportunities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of [redacted] prospects/clients
- Drive complex deals from initial contact, all the way through to close within a fast-paced sales environment
- Prepare and present with prospects and guide them through the buying process
- Leverage sales management tools to track sales activities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and work with management to provide an accurate sales forecast
- Sell to key decision-makers within organizations of all sizes
- Helping grow the sales team and build a scalable, repeatable process
- Using/maintaining internal sales tools for CRM and pipeline management.
- Ongoing, self-directed monitoring of the SAAS marketplace and competitor developments.
- Using the SPICED framework to identify the client problems and to hand over any new clients to the Growth Team once closed.
Goals?
- Actively contribute to the ARR target set by the partner.
- Be responsible for the growth of the Outbound growth.
- Ensure that internal systems are kept fully up to date.
On Offer?
- Competitive basic Salary
- Uncapped commission on anything above quota.
- The commission is 20% of enable.services commission earning from the partner for new business opportunities

Required Skills and qualifications
- 3 years Business to Business Sales experience
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong lasting relationships
- Organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software
