Trainee Software Support Apprentice

Enable Technologies are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join the team in the role of Trainee Software Support Apprentice; at their family run business this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in the Technology and Software industry. To be successful you will need to be confident and have a good telephone manner.

This apprenticeship is an ideal start to your career in Cloud Computing. You will work as part of the Software Support and Customer Success team delivering a first class professional service in an office based environment. 

The position will suit an individual who can demonstrate good communication skills and has a genuine passion for IT.

Previous experience in Customer Support or Success is not essential for this role as we offer a supportive 12 months Customer Service Training Programme with continuous training and coaching so you can learn and earn at the same time!

About our Sales Account role

As a Trainee Software Support Apprentice, you will be actively supporting our software as a service by making and receiving business-to-business calls. This will involve problem solving and walking customers through different scenarios and assisting them with issues.

We understand that making your first few calls can be daunting so our training is designed to develop and strengthen your confidence over the phone and skills in customer service and success.

Our apprenticeships are in partnership with Key Training.

What skills/qualities do you need?

  • A genuine desire to develop a career in Customer Service/Success
  • Good communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft packages
